1.Product introduction

 

Agricultural trailer rear axles are available in different lengths and hub faces, coated with standard black paint. Agricultural trailer rear axle seats and lug nuts can come loose with axle. Agricultural trailer rear axle assembly contains trailer axle beam with pressed in spindles and bolt mounted brake drum or rotor, hubs, bearings, grease cap, and grease seal, axle seats, and lug nuts.

3.Product feature and application

 

1) Agricultural trailer rear axle can be installed brake or not. If trailer axle doesn't install brake, it has hub only. Hub differs from markets, such as Australia style (5-4.25,5-4.5,5-4.75,6-5.5）and North America style (5-4.25,5-4.5,5-4.75,6-5.5). If trailer axle installs brake, it has drum brake and disc brake. If trailer axle is drum brake(Australia drum style is 9" and 10", PCD is 5-4.25,5-4.5,5-4.75,6-5.5, North America drum style 10" and 12", PCD is 5-4.5,6-139.7), brake system can be hydraulic and electric. If trailer axle is disc brake(normally it's 10" rotor, PCD 5-114.3), brake system need match with suitable caliper.

 

2) Lug quantity and PCD: 5 studs PCD 107.95MM,5 studs PCD 114.3MM，5 studs PCD 120.65MM，6 studs PCD139.7MM.

 

3) Rim sizes: 12", 13", 14", 15", 16"

 

4) Surface finishing: no, black coating, electrophoresis, hot galvanized, Dacromet.

 

5) Kits included: hub, bolts, nuts, bearings, seals, dust cover.

 

6) Bolt&nut sizes:1/2-20 or 7/16-20

 

7) Seal:all rubber three-lip seal or stainless water protecting seal.

 

8) Dust cover:stainless dust cover designed for hub.

 

9) Axle beam:cold draw φ40 round beam, cold draw φ45 round beam, cold draw φ50 round beam, cold draw φ60 round beam; hot rolling 40*40 square beam, hot rolling 50*50 square beam; cold draw 45*45 square beam, cold draw 50*50 square beam.

 

10) Special requirements: Logo or marking on hub can be done as required, bolt diameter and PCD can be customized as required.
