3. Product feature and application

1）Electric gearbox has 3 gear ratios. The high gear(1:7) of electric gearbox makes vehicle run at max speed of 50KM/H; the medium gear(1:14.66) can provide vehicle with enough torque, when light loaded or running in hilly road; low gear(1:27) can provide vehicle with enough torque, when heavy loaded or running in much hilly road.

2）All gears of this electric gearbox are thickened, which improves gears' strength and expands gearbox life time.

3）Electric gearbox gear shifting system adopts single cable straight pulling method, which is easy to operate.

1) Electric gearbox housing is enlarged to contain more lubricant oil and get better running function.

2)Electric gearbox gears modulus is enlarged to meet high torque requirements.

3)Electric gearbox installation sizes are designed for high power motors what are used in the market.
