4. Product details

1) Driving axle material:40Cr, Ø 25mm, thermal refining, hardness 22-28HRC, high frequency quenching for spline part, hardness 48-53HRC, quenching depth 0.6-1.0mm, Flange material #45 steel;

2) Welding reaches reliable and secure requirements without flaws such as crack, cold solder, solder skips etc.;
3) Rear driving axle rod and flange adopts hot-pressing coupling to bear torque more than 1500N.M.;
4) Rear driving axle rod surface brushes anti-rust oil.
