3. Product feature and application

1) Gearbox and reducer housing are separated, simple in structure and beautiful in appearance.

2) Booster power input and output are in the same axis, simple in structure and user doesn't have to change original rear axle housing.

3) Booster gear shifting system adopts double spring one, which is reliable. It can prevent from gear jumping when heavy-loaded, improving vehicle safety.

 

4. Product details

1). Booster housing material is ductile iron, stronger and improving gearbox wear largely.

2). Offset is the same as common booster.

3). High precision process in gear to improve loading, longevity and decrease noise.

4).Rear axle housing diameter is 155mm, widely applied for all kinds of full-floating, semi-floating, and 3/4 full-fioating rear axles.

6.Packing, shipping and serving

Auto rickshaw booster can be packed by carton(one boosters in a carton), carton+woven bag, carton+pallet, carton+wooden box or any other packing as per your requirements. Auto rickshaw booster usually chooses containerized sea shipping in quantity delivery or air delivery in sample orders.
