1. Product introduction

Loader transmission gearbox is a classic product of our company. It's a transmission installed in the middle of chassis with multi-function and 3 forwards. It has two models, one with PTO; the other one with extra power output shaft.

3. Product feature and application

1）Loader transmission gearbox with PTO has oil pump connection plate for oil pump, and the oil pump installation dimension is the same as others in market. The oil pump drives oil tank, mostly used for various self-dumping vehicle.

2）Gearbox with extra power output shaft realizes vehicles’ multi-function for this shaft can power water pump, oil pump, generator, etc.

3) Both PTO and extra power output shaft can be disconnected by shifting. It’s easy to control on/off mode, so vehicles’ extra functions can be used as customers wish.

4) Gearbox has 3 forward gears, which expands scope of vehicle speed and torque, bringing more vehicles’ utility and economy.

4. Product details

1) .Gearbox has 3 gears, H-M-L and ratio varies from 0.768 to 1.893, which can fulfil both purpose of increasing speed when vehicle light-loaded and increasing torque when vehicle heavy-loaded.

2) Gearbox gear shifting adopts car synchronizer system, which can realize synchronous, comfortable and precise gear changing . And gear changing can be controlled by one cable only.

3) Gearbox has two models, one with PTO; the other one with extra power output shaft.

4) Gearbox installation sizes are the same as what are used mostly in the market which ensures easy installation.

Auto rickshaw booster can be packed by carton(one boosters in a carton), carton+woven bag, carton+pallet, carton+wooden box or any other packing as per your requirements. Auto rickshaw booster usually chooses containerized sea shipping in quantity delivery or air delivery in sample orders.
