1. Product introduction

An auto rickshaw axle shaft is a solid rod with teeth cut into inboard end portion for coupling with a diff side gear and the outboard end is with a flange to couple with a wheel hub assembly. Axle shaft is concealed in the steel housing and delivers power to both wheels.

1) Axle shaft rod diameter is 30mm 40Cr.

2) Axle shaft inboard end portion spline is thermal refined.

3) Axle shaft outboard end portion flange does both pressing and welding.

4.Product details

1) Axle shaft rod will do alignment test

2) Axle shaft outboard end portion will be black coated to protect from rust. 

3) Axle shaft rod will also be thermal refined as requirements.
