1. Product introduction

Independent electric gearbox with two speed is a super power 3-phase transmission gearbox which is designed for 2000-3500W motor. This electric gearbox housing is made of ductile iron, which is robust and can absorb noise in a great extent. Gearbox gear shifting mechanism adopts double spring design, with reliable function and clear gear positions. There is supporting bearing for axle shaft to ensure axle shafts aligned and enhance strength.

1) Ensure all parts are clean before assembly.

2) Add lithium lubricating grease to the bearing and spline.

3) Apply grease to the lip of oil seal.

4) After assembly, it shall rotate flexibly without stagnation, abnormal noise, whistling, etc.

5) Air tight test under 0.15-0.25mpa to ensure no air leakage.

6) Add 500ml GL-5 gear oil into the gearbox.

7) Use 75W/90 gear oil in winter of low temperature areas.

1) The tightening torque of bolts shall be in accordance with QC/T518

2) The normal working meshing clearance of bevel gear is 0.05-0.15mm, and that of planetary and side gear is 0.2-0.4mm.

Electric gearbox can be packed by carton(one electric gearbox in a carton), carton+woven bag, carton+pallet, carton+wooden box or any other packing as per your requirements. Electric gearbox usually chooses containerized sea shipping in quantity delivery or air delivery in sample orders.
